Curiosity and New Ideas

It is not that ideas always happen by nature! In some cases we get ideas only as we interact with different kinds of people. Only while asking questions and doubts over some issues, we tend to get some clear picture on the things that we are doing. We need to create a curiosity over what we are doing rather than just doing the work for the sake of doing it. Active listening plays a major role for better performance. We need to get ourselves actively involved with the work that we are doing. Try listening to as many people as possible. It may be people younger to you, older to you, your friends, family, co-workers, subordinates, superiors, etc. We tend to gather more information as we move freely and flexible. A person with intellectual curiosity and craze for knowledge will want to dig deeper into the issues, understand different concepts and develop new ideas. We should always try to beat our own performances. We must improvise more and more so that the best is always reached and all possibilities are actually exhausted. Our idea should be put into practice soon. But it does take time for it to come into force since the acceptance might face some obstacles. We have to go through that part and achieve the results beyond such difficulties for which will power and strength is required.
